February is busy AWESOME season when working as a trainer. Good months of prospecting and creating new client leads can come to fruition and leave you set up with a full clientele for the following months. Unfortunately, this comes at the cost of many things, one of them being time to sit down and eat healthy, balanced meals throughout the day.
Tear Tear I know! That being said I haven’t been able to eat my quota of bacon, which stinks but also gives me time to chances to think up some delicious, dank as hell Super Shake ideas.
I have howled the praises of super shakes for fitting in nutritious foods while short on time in this post here, and at no time of year am I using them more than now. Anyways back to today’s shake.
Safe to say a Yankees fan stole this kid’s shake…..you get the point, it was awesome.
The Recipe:
1 Cup Raspberries (frozen)
2 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein
1.5 Cups Raw Spinach
1 Cup Coconut Milk
- Fill the rest with water if you need a smoother drink.
This shake is an awesome post-workout shake,quick breakfast, or a healthy sweet treat option. If you are looking for fat loss keep this decadent treat for a post-workout treat due to the carbohydrate count.

In addition, this shake packs 9 grams of Fiber to keep you full as well as being loaded up with vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals.
