I tend to eat the same foods over, and over, and over again.
Although I consider myself a good cook eating the same foods repetitively gets old quick, regardless of how it is seasoned and prepared.
To give myself some fresh ideas and recipes I own and frequently use the Gourmet Nutrition V2 cookbook for phenomenal tasting, healthy meal variations.
Gourmet Nutrition has meals broken up into two distinct categories: (AN) Anytime Meals, meals that can be eaten any time without a huge fluctuation in blood sugar due to lower carbohydrate amounts, and (PW) Post-workout meals. Post-workout meals contain moderate-high amounts of carbs and are best utilized in a 2-3 hour post-workout meal. With that being said the PW meals are not too “high” carb in comparision to most modern diets, regardless of timing.
When I stumbled across this list of Gourmet Nutrition recipes I was pumped, not because I haven’t seen them before but because I can share them for free with all of you! Isn’t that sweet?!?
